We started Skyview Star Exteriors to do one thing well: deliver exterior renovations that survive Calgary hail and chinook seasons without cycling through repeated insurance claims. Skyview Star Exteriors is a Calgary-based, owner-operated exterior renovation company specializing in hail-resistant siding, seamless eavestroughs, wind-rated soffit and fascia, and full-service masonry across SW, NE, NW, and SE Calgary, plus Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere, and Rocky View County.
We built the business around three commitments: install materials engineered for Alberta's climate, navigate insurance claims so homeowners don't have to, and stay personally involved on every project from estimate to final walkthrough. Owner Nick handles on-site quality. General Manager Tani manages scheduling, communication, and adjuster coordination.

Most exterior projects in Calgary involve at least three trades: a siding crew, an eavestrough company, and a soffit/fascia installer. When a project goes wrong, each points fingers at the others. We solved that by building a team that handles the entire exterior envelope under one roof.
That means consistent colour matching, one mobilization, one schedule, and one point of accountability. It also means we can engineer real solutions — pairing Hardie Board siding with steel fascia on hail-exposed elevations, or matching new stone veneer to adjacent stucco repair work without coordinating four separate contractors.

Every installation we do accounts for chinook wind patterns, hail corridor exposure, Alberta Building Code ventilation requirements, and the freeze-thaw cycling that destroys mortar joints faster here than almost anywhere else in Canada.
We use Class 4 impact-rated siding (James Hardie, LP SmartSide, steel), heavy-gauge .024 aluminum fascia where wind exposure demands it, on-site seamless eavestrough fabrication, and Eldorado Stone, Cultured Stone, and Boral manufactured veneer alongside natural stonework. Every project meets Alberta Building Code and National Building Code of Canada standards.
